This mobile home park is nicer than most. It is clean and has a lot of trees. It is walking distance of the park and the bike path that goes to the lake and to the canyon. This park seems family oriented but the kids are kept under control. It has a pool and play area for the kids.

Cons: Some homes need fixing up, no evening street parking, shed storage limited.
