i used to always associate salads with failed diets and last-resort dining hall mushes of stale vegetables slathered in some sort of creamy, heart-attack dressing. tender greens is stories up from those two stereotypes. it's like the ultimate artisan salad- i had one of the big salads - a delish tuna nicoise with a bunch of wholesome veggies in it. it's vegan friendly and also had some big slabs of meat for those who want a little more than a good salad. i didn't try the soups, but they looked good- and they have sweet things too.\r
loved their dedication to sustainable eating - a great plus. also, a good place to go for health buffs.
