It's alway's been a local favorite for a great selection of icecream. My family and I used to visit a lot in summer.\r

Yesterday I treated my granddaughter to a special treat at this favorite of ours, just to find the icrcream was freezer burned. \r

When I asked for a refund on the cone that had not been eaten yet, the staff was a bit confused and ""tried"" to figure out how to make a refund. After several attempts I was told they placed a call to the owner ""John"", who said we could not get a refund, it's not their policy to give refunds. \r

When this message was given to us, it upset my husband who insisted this can't be done. We were then told if we had a problem with it, we could call John directly, which we did.\r
\r
He told my husband ""No, you can not have your *#@*% money back, pick another flavor""\r
\r
As far as I am concerned, that few dollars he would not refund just cost him a lot more then that. I will NEVER go back, nor will my friends or family.
