Once the contract is filled out and the deposit/ credit payments are made, the customer service goes downhill. \r

We went in to order 6 tuxedos for our wedding and asked that no one in our bridal party should be charged for fittings or tuxedo pick-ups. We asked to pay for them all. They did not listen to us and tried to charge each of our bridal party members a fee (luckily we had told our friends in advance that they did not have to pay for anything).\r

We went a week before the wedding to be re-fitted because my husband had lost a good amount of weight. The manger in charge was completely rude and simply replied with ""I can't do anything about it until two days before the wedding."" I asked him to explain what he would do two days before the wedding that he could not do a week in advance. In a completely rude and condescending tone he went into detail. \r

I believe I wasn't asking much and he had not right to talk to me in that tone.\r

This place hires young kids who do not care for their job and take everything in stride. After the wedding, we went in to return the tuxedos. Someone in our bridal party left their shoes so we decided to return them. We asked the kid at the counter to sign off that we had returned an extra set of shoes so that when the tuxedo was returned, no one would be charge. He refused to do it and walked away. I do not recommend going here for any type of tuxedo service.
Pros: local
Cons: bad customer service, messy store, unexperienced staff
