All I can say is: do you research thoroughly before going to any dentist/orthodontist. Make sure you research and verify their qualifications. Do comparisons to determine whether you are being overcharged. Make sure you get an itemized list of the expenses, and the doctor's reaction to this request will tell you a lot. Make sure you are receiving the proper treatment, as it can be more costly when you have to undo and redo the treatment.\r
Make sure the doctor's helpers are qualified RDAs. Research, question and then make a decision - trust your instinct.\r
