Junko is absolutely the best. I do one on one Pilates with her and she is beyond being a great trainer. She is a diagnostician and healer. She understands how the muscles and joints work and I am amazed at how she finds exactly the right exercise to heal a crunchy shoulder or an achy hip. I am stronger and more flexible than I have been in more years than I care to admit (okay, 25) and healthier. The best!!
