This class is for everyone! No matter where you are on your fitness ladder - this will take you to the next level. My friends said Suze's class ripped my body in ways they haven't seen before. I felt guilty because I actually got therapy out of it too - the emotional strength and fitness that Suze preaches along with the self respect for your whole self and your body is something that I have only heard her preach in a yoga practice! Respect your levels and I went farther than I could if I just pushed myself. Good advise for a type-A personality. Everyone should go atleast once. ;)
