Shipped a package and was charged $35.40. When I checked later on the online UPS calculator, shipping charge would have been $19.73. At first I assumed they made a genuine mistake but when I returned to inform them of the large discrepancy in billing, the owner just informed me that each location charges their own. Well I am not shipping anything through them anymore.
