This was my first attempt at 'Boot Camp' and I couldn't have been more pleased. The instructors at Team Fitness are extremely good at what they do, knowing exactly how to maximize each hour and give you the best workout possible. I had great results in both losing body fat and building muscle and could tell a big difference after the 4 week session. What I was most impressed by, though, was the individual attention they give each person while still in a group setting. They tailor the exercises and nutrition advice to ensure they are something you can take and incorporate into your life after the session is over. Totally recommended!!!
Pros: Great motiviation! Good Variety of workouts. Worth the price.
Cons: Make sure to dress in layers - it can get chilly outside
