So, these guys DO NOT SEND OUT INVOICES. Once you rent a space, you are just expected to remember to pay it each month. I rented my space and paid a month in advance. I then waited to receive a bill like EVERY OTHER COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY would send. Instead, I get a late notice with a $10 late fee. I set up the payment to pay directly from my bank. I'll eat the late fee, but I go up to store some stuff the next day, car loaded, and my access has been suspended! They also limit your access to 10pm and are open less hours than most other storage facilities, and their prices are no better. I definitely do not recommend this place, there are plenty of other better storage facilities around.
