I have been going to these guys since I turned 16 and bought my first car and they have always been great. I have owned 7 different cars and I have taken each one to Hillside Tire. They are busy but it's worth it to plan ahead take your car down early, like when they open because they have cars from the day before still, and you will get the best service in town. It may take a little longer but they will get the job done right, and if they can't the will tell you the best place to go, even if it means they lose your buisness. There parking lot is always packed but it's not like they can do anything about it, they are great and a lot of people come to them so you just have to deal with it or go somewhere that is less than the best.
Pros: Always get the job done right
Cons: You can't just walk in mid-day and expect your car back that day
