International Bike in Boston has a terrific team of bike enthusiasts who can't do enough for the customer. It's really clear that satisfaction is a priority and that they're looking to establish long term customer relationships. There's Karl, the triathlete who's enthusiasm about bike gear is contagious, Seth who is extraordinarily patient and professional; he takes as much time as it takes to get you fit absolutely perfectly. Eric the techie, who'll track down almost anything no matter how obscure, and Harold, the owner who is in the trenches with the team and always willing to help out with the best deal. Often, the words, ""... this is cheaper and better value for money "", were spoken, and they were correct. Not something I'd expect from a retail business.The mechanics handle the bikes with kid gloves and assemble them as if it were their own.
