K&S does have a few good things. They have some good properties, and they are at reasonable prices generally. However, K&S is not good at is customer service. They do not work with their customers. They say they will do things and then they do not do them. They lie to customers about charges. They basically steal money by making excuses. They are tricky. They keep poor records and use this as a way to weasle money out of customers.
Pros: good properties. good prices.
Cons: poor record keeping. hard to work with.
