I went to Shakes and it was the worst! The place was dirty and the staff was slooooooow. I got sick from the custard and the manger was NO help. Imagine this.... I am out with my child for icecream/custard we order 2 simple things and they have to remake one of them. 17 minutes at the window listening to the manager bad mouth the owner and someone name Andrea. The kids working with her just going along with it. I saw a few customers served and NO handwashing. That was very disappointed. I would not go again and would suggest you keep on going to Sonic.
