My experience with Smith TAE Kwon Do has been nothing but positive! My six year old daughter has been taking TAE Kwon Do lessons there for about 3 months. She LOVES it! I never imagined by learning a martial art my daughter's self esteem, motivation, and attitude could improve so drastically. I have been taking kickboxing classes every Tues, Thurs, and Friday in the morning. Night classes are also available. These classes are intense and give you a TOTAL body workout!! I consider myself an active person, but I tend to get bored easily. I actually look forward to going to class!! This class is so energizing it will keep you going all day long! The instructors, Grand Master Bob Smith and Master Kim Rocha, are amazing people. They actually care about their students and know each one of them personally. You can really feel their love for this martial art and their dedication to their students. The only regret that I have about Smith TAE Kwon Do is that I wish I found it sooner!
