ITC Delta Com allows a rip-off robotic telemarketing operation to place illegal recorded telephone calls to telephone customers, in particular people whose numbers are on the no-call list. The calling number is 561-518-6898 in Belle Glade, Florida and is selling bogus ""health insurance"". ITC has arranged things so calling that number either sends you to another recording or gives you a NIS recording. ITC allows this criminal activity to hide behind the ITC system. Those who aid and abet criminals are equally as guilty and ITC has shown it does not have the guts or decency to clamp down on a very shady operation. I hold ITC to be responsible for the illegal telephone calls.
