Syun is the most authentic japanese restaurant in town, Murata and Hiroshi and Sinju in Pearl are the rest of the good sushi restaurant. Beer on tap, blue fin tuna, two grades of Toro and they made killer curry katsu, tasted just like the one I had in Osaka and Tokyo. Service sometimes can be slow, but totally worth the wait.
Pros: Sushi, curry katsu, Nihon beer on tap and huge Sake menu!
