This is the worst car service we've ever used and will never use it again. The driver was 40 minutes late. We had to call to find out where he was and were told he had just arrived. When we went out he said that he'd been waiting and called us but our phone was off. Yeah, right. The drive to JFK was ridiculous with him attempting to ""short cut"" through 25 MPH residential streets with stop signs at every block. When we arrived at the airport he attempted to charge us a ""waiting fee"" in additional to the regular fare. When we challenged him he started in on how we'd kept him waiting 40 minutes. How ridiculous. We reminded him that he was 40 minutes late and he then said how he'd been out waiting for us and could have gotten a ticket so we should pay. He didn't like us pointing out the fact that he did not get a ticket, so his point had no merit. At this point he was extremely rude and began to yell at us (two women). We told him that we were not going to pay his unreasonable waiting fee and if he didn't stop being so rude we would not tip him either. He just kept on with his rant. My daughter crossed out the waiting fee and left no tip on the charge slip and suggested he not be rude to women. We got out of the car and got our luggage out oursevles. He followed my daughter and was screaming at her for ""being f***ing cheap"" and cussing her out a blue streak. She reminded him that he should not be rude and his behavior proved that he did not deserve any tip and we'd be complaining to management. Do not under any circumstances use this company.
