Nice guys, just not particularly competent. Their first application bubbled and they wanted to keep the truck and do it over. Got to hand it to them there for wanting to get it right. They even knocked $50 off the price for the trouble. But even after round 2 there are some bubbles. And they lost my tie-downs and I called them twice about it and went in in person once. He was always ""still looking for them and will call me."" I had to buy new ones from the dealer which took 3 trips of my time and $35. They could have spent that $35 to do the same and saved me from writing this but they chose not to. I'd go elsewhere.
