Pam's has great Thai food on the West side. But do yourself a favor and order takeout or do not arrive expecting to eat. That may sound silly, but it's true. Two friends and I went to Pam's on a Saturday night. They asked us to wait for a table (although the restaurant had plenty of open ones). We waited for 20 minutes. We were sat and then ignored. We smiled and waved at the server a few times to get his attention, but he did not come over. About half an hour later, we thought it would not be impolite to go up to the server and ask him to take our order. He came over, looking a little crazed (the place was not slammed, but severely understaffed). He basically told us that if we ordered food, he couldn't guarantee we'd receive it. Uhhh . . . so, we left. Such a frustrating experience. Why ask us to wait and then ignore us if they can't guarantee service? Just be up front with the customer. The food is good enough to accept that kind of honesty.
Pros: Great Food
Cons: Horrible service
