I brought my Audi there for service a few months ago knowing exactly what was wrong with my car and explaining it to them. Set up appt. for 8am and when I called at 2pm they still had not taken it into service yet. They ""lost"" the exact description I told them of what was wrong with the car and called me and told me they did a fluid check and there was not a problem. They then tried to charge me for a 1 hr. service fee of over $100 when they had done NOTHING to fix my car and it didnt take them an hour to do. Will not go there again!
