I couldn't agree more with the other reviews. We experienced horrible cust svc after we got something cheap we didn't order and the flowers were dead to boot. Thankfully Teleflora refunded the $100. I don't see how they can stay in bussiness. 2 diff girls and 1 guy all had the worst attitude and manners - hung up on me - told my husband to pick up the choc he ordered on his way home if he wanted them - they we're not comming back out just for that!
Cons: They get away with it....
