Although the food is wonderful, the service is horrid. We had reservations and were seated immediately, but then waited over half and hour just to get menus. It was another 1 1/2 hours for our food. When we asked the waitress about the delay, she scowled at us that ""It will be out soon!"" She was extremely rude. We have been there before and have had the same rude waitress, but the food always made it worthwhile. We even had begun to make jokes about the grouchy waitress. I have tried repeatedly to contact management about our experience, but they do not answer emails or return phone calls. I feel compelled to write this, because they obviously do not care about their customers.

Cons: terrible customer service - no response from management
