I cannot complain direct with his office for they all support one another but his is a campus cop that does not like me dating his sister in law and wrote a derogatory website pretending to be me and then had my pcs taken saying I DID it to him, which I did AFTER i told him to stop. It is not a felony in VT but it is in CT to impersonate some one. How can I go about having this investigated. I have plenty of proof and witnesses.
