This place does not represent the true essence of Indian food. Yes, I know the name of the restaurant has ""Fusion"" in it, but I really didn't see anything on the menu that had a fusion twist to it. The menu basically offers mostly Indian food with an occasional American item such as cheesecake. The naan (bread) was very dry and looked like it was store bought. The desserts were TERRIBLE! We ordered the strawberry cake which was extremely dry and the tiramisu, which did not represent tiramisu at all. Overall the food is decent with a few awful items, but way over priced for the amount that you get. There are plenty of other Indian restaurants in Atlanta that offer better tasting food and at a much better price. The owner also seems like a bit of a flake. I took one of her cooking classes and she really does NOT know what she is doing. She also showed up 20 minutes late to teach the class, and kept talking about her restaurant the entire time! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I get the feeling this place has some backwards and very greedy owners.
Cons: Awful food and bad service
