I HAD A VERY POOR EXPIRIENCE! I had randomly made an appointment for a cut and a color and was very disappointed with the results...my haircut was uneven throughout and was cut with a razor leaving it with tons a fly-aways and split ends and my highlights look very blotchy with dots of beached hair on my scalp...the staff seemed young and unexpirienced. I actually looked up the split ends episode after the fact only to feel sorry for the owner....that someone so devoid of substance could try to base her entire personality hiding behind material posessions and obsessiveness....DONT GO TO TWIGGS!
