Tim's cares they really care, they do not make you feel like you are a second class person now matter what your insurance is... At Tim's they know that the last thing a person needs is add hassels, and they do their best to reduce the stress. They work with you, they go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. They do not take the first or even the second no from insurance companies they do their best to help the client find a way to get what is needed.
Pros: Fast service, home delivery, pick up most items in the store, friendly staff, caring people.
Cons: Only con I have found is that a call is not made to let you know a delievery is being made.. so sometime I miss them, but they come back the next day.
