My contracter reccommended this place to me to buy fixtures and tile for the bathroom I was renovating. Sara or Soheila was the person helping me at FF. Although she was helpful with ideas I find the whole experience to be less than satisfying. The customer service at FF is awful. Each time I had an appt there Sara constantly picked up her phone. She actually had a full conversation with her friend while I sat there. Meanwhile when I called she would rarely take my call. After I paid my balance in full upon receipt of the merchandise they had the audacity to tell me a month after delivery that I owed them more money. Sorry but it does not work that way! I have no problem paying what I owe but making up numbers after the fact, its just unheard of. They are completely unprofessional. Sara or Soheila also added on more materials to my invoice without my consent, which I did not need. Then she told me that she mentioned it to my contracter. Meanwhile who is the one who pays the bill? I think the worst part of my FF experience has been there lack of courteous service and admitting when they make a mistake. The act as if they never make any mistakes. If something goes wrong its your fault always. I have heard ppl say this about them. Its disappointing bc now I want to do other parts of my house but I will not be using them for sure. In todays market they better treat you with respect when you shop bc there are a lot of competitors out there that will be happy to take your business. more
