After being involved in a minor collision, A West Way tow truck stopped and began hooking up my company vehicle without my permision. I told him to stop, and that my towing company was on the way, but he proceeded to keep lifting my truck and completely disregard me, as if it was not my vehicle. Within minutes, my towing company showed up, and reset a fuel cut off switch and started my truck up (something that this company knew, I'm sure). West Way towing then carried my truck aprox. 10 feet to the side of the road and slammed me with a $100.00 towing fee and would not release my truck without a cash payment on the spot. RIP-OFF,RIP-OFF,RIP-OFF!! AND DO YOU BELEIVE THEY ARE A CITY TOWING COMPANY?! After I'm done with this review, I will pursue calling the city to file a complaint against this company, to be sure.
Cons: The employee was rude, acted like he couldn't hear me, and held my truck hostage.
