A smaller, more customer driven office. Filled with employees and management that actually DO care for their clients. I'm tired of hearing about ""customer service is number 1 with us!"" and then that company not following through. The Jeff Ralph office is surely an exception. They go that extra mile that keeps me happy. With 3 autos, house, and life insurance with them..I don't take lightly too mediocre attitudes which is something not experienced with this office. I?ve been a customer for well over 8 years and plan on staying with them for a while to come. Thanks guys!!
Pros: Great staff and great coverage
Cons: Across town...but I moved last :(
