I arrived at the parking lot ontime, was greeted by a ""guy"" who had to be having a bad day! Not professional, and I don't think he cared that my bag was heavy. I got to the airport ok. Returned from my flight and then had to wait. When I got in the bus #11 (I think) the brakes squealed bad and the driver joked about hoping to be able to stop. He said most of the buses are that way. I think I'll park at the airport next time.
