Since the first time I went to Maroosh, I enjoyed the environment, cause it's crowded but everything flows. I ordered raw kibbeh and it was really good. I've tasted its hummus, it has an enjoyable flavor. But they have a real plate that I love, it's the Lamb Kabab, which is a skewer with lamb cooked at perfect term (medium to me), onion and pepper, rice with crusty oats on the top, and raw onion with cilantro. Besides I enjoy its fresh salad with feta cheese and of course, the milk puddin with pistachio and rose water. That combination drives me crazy. I love that restaurant and I recommend it to everybody.
