Recently ate at T-bonz on vacation - my boyfriend and I were looking for a restaurant downtown that's not 90% seafood (hard to find) and we liked that the menu prices weren't sky-high. It was very crowded but we lucked out and got seated immediately. After asking for advice from our server and the manager who also happened to be passing by, my boyfriend ordered the VERY highly-recommended Drunken Ribeye and I ordered ribs. When they brought the food though, we both tasted the ribeye and found the bourbon sauce to be pretty foul. Obviously people like it and order it alot but my boyfriend couldn't eat it, so we told our server and she offered to bring him out an entirely different meal at no extra cost. He got the ribs, same as me, and we ate every bite. They were some of the tastiest ribs I've ever had (and I'm picky) - fell right off the bone, so tender. All in all, we were impressed with the experience - we slipped up by ordering the wrong thing but the staff made sure to bring us a new selection quickly. Also, the salad that comes with the meal was delicious.
Pros: Great ribs, very accomodating service, fun atmosphere
Cons: Beware drunken ribeye unless you LOVE bourbon
