I had my wedding rings made at Jim Russell Design and they are done well beyond my expectation. His relaxed persona related very well to myself and my wife while his professionalism and skill produced the most impressive rings I've seen. They are better than we had hoped for and we will go to Jim Russell for all of our custom jewelry needs.
Pros: Personal service meeting our exact ideas of what we wanted and better.
Cons: Not a national jeweler, to service them we must return them to him, but I wouldn't trust anyone else either.
