The sales people are very pleasant and helpful, however my experience with the owner gives me the impression that she is unprofessional. When my daughter's prom dress was accidentially ruined during alterations she called my 16 year old daughter to tell her what happened and to let her know that she would have to pay for the replacement dress, which they had already bought and altered without letting us know. With only four days left until prom, I was forced to pay for both dresses. But the real icing on the cake was the fact that even though she knew exactly when I was going to pick up both dresses, she wasn't there. I think the shop is more of a hobby than a business. Of the four times I was there, the owner was only there once. The other three times only one person was there to try and help various brides and prom dress shoppers.
