VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF!!!! Would not recommend, tried 1st time,and thought that maybe they were just having a bad day so tried facility again.The same happened again, UNFRIENDLY STAFF & very SLOW at checking in and out. Even though this facility would be much more convient for us, since we only live 10 min. from there, we choose to go 35 miles out of the way. Think twice about leaving your pet they didn't even acknowledge out pets when we brought them in. So, it's a wonder if they even pay attention to the pets while we are away.
