The person who answered our call about our broken air conditioning was nice and helpful, so initially I had a good impression. He said it would be $120 for a service call plus parts, and that the service person would be over between 10 am and 12 noon. Noon rolls around and no service person. I call the office and the person who answers says he'll be there within an hour. At 1:30 pm, the serviceman shows up with no apology. He is knowledgeable and fixes our air conditioner, which works well now. However, it turns out the labor is actually $120 per hour. Maybe I misheard the initial quote, but with filters, freon, and labor, we ended up paying a whopping $267.
