would not reccomend moving or buying a home in this park. i have lived here for 2 years and have had our water turned off more than 20 times without any notice, we had no water for over 20 hours and no one to call or who answered our complaints. Management is useless, the grounds are never maintained, full of geese or duck dropings, it smells who would want to bbq at the park. our electricing was out for more than 12 hours and no one to call or no one from the management could give us an estimate. the area is full of family issues and the police are here all the time arresting someone. Hoodlums roaming all hours of the night and nosy stuck up neighbors. Forget about using the laundry rooms they smell of urine and never enough parking.
