I give Mission Maids credit where credit is due: they did a very good job cleaning my very messy apartment. In the process, however, they broke my toilet bowl handle and my showerhead, neither of which had shown any signs of damage or wear before the cleaning. Furthermore, they threw away some of my books -- you'd think you wouldn't have to instruct cleaners not to do that! When I called customer service to report these problems, the guy said he'd get back to me within 24 hours, and never did. (They cleaned my apartment over two weeks ago.)
