I am the restaurant manager in a very nice place, and this experience was the very worst I've had in a restaurant so far. It started with our ""host"" (who turned out to e the manager) mistaking the number in our party. Next was the NON service. A couple in our party got their own drinks at the bar, more than once. The birthday boy brought wine and champagne and there weren't any flutes for the bubbles. They brought out soup for the table to start with, but it was kinda hard to eat with a fork and a steak knife. The staff was all in uniform, shirts tucked in, except for our waitress. At least two people at our table asked for water right away, which came mid-entree. The tile wall in the bathroom was stained with something you don't want to see in any restaurant. The appetizer ordered was brought out wrong. The wineglasses provided were stained. The service was super slow. There was an entree brought out that didn't belong to anyone on the table. The ""manager"" (""host"") was not visable on the floor. He was wearing jeans and a flowered shirt. Multiple steaks were overcooked and cold, Side dishes were cold, Some side dishes were brought out very late, and ended up to be undercooked as were forgotten. Steak asked to be redone, never got done. Manager tried to make up for this taking care of 2 meals out of 12, and a non needed round of drinks on the house. Will never go here again and will not recommend this place to any of the many restaurant people I know and run in to.
