I have lived out here for over four years and for the last 3, I have been embarrased to let anyone know I live here. We have constant maintenance problems that are not getting addressed, some of the problems we have had for months which include, mold, leaking toilets, running water, broken faucets, tile in the bathrooms coming up, paint chipping, broken trash compactor, windows falling out or stuck so that we cannot raise them and a horribly overgrown patio with trees, bushes and vines. I would think twice before renting here unless something changes.
Pros: Good location, close to malls
Cons: Apartments and townhomes not taken care of, horrible maintenance problems, no emergency maintenance,
