I have been working with Jeremy from Element Fitness as my personal trainer for a while now. He is a great personal trainer, and working out has never felt so good. He makes sure that I am stretched properly so that nothing hurts in any unusual ways. We workout 2 times a week together, and he shows me everything I need to know so that I can workout alone 2 other times a week without him. He gives the right instructions and the toning and weight loss that I have seen with him since I started is just great!
