I have been to Fillipo's many times. I have always enjoyed it, both the food and service. Tonight, I had a very bad experience. I made a reservation last night. I called today to add more people and was told they didn't even have my reservation. The person was very rude saying he was the only person that took reservations. How does that work? Does he work 7 days a week, 12 hour days?
