i moved in january of 08. i hate it. the staff is so nice to you, to get you to sign a lease. it's all down hill from there. i have a gap around my front door that rain, worms and cold air comes in. they told me that they would have to replace the door frame and the door and they told me they will not do it. along with the $65 ""water"" bill a month is nuts. i could go on and on about this place. it is not worth it. you can not get out of your lease for any reason at all. they will tell you that you can move out at any time but you will still have to pay rent each month. i hope this will helo someone else, i am just sorry i didn't reaserch before i moved in here.
