it is not swat's policy to be rude to a customer,swat has been in business since 1982 and growing every year must be doing something right. as far as collecting money up front swat will do that if there is a bad service history or a bad paying customer thats been turned into collections, my guess thats what was the case with yuppie31. i don't know who this customer is if i had a message to return someones call i would have. and if yuppie31 changed to another pest company as she stated to bulwark pest control good for them. as i get 3-4 calls a week from bulwarks employes looking for a better job.
Pros: in business since 1982 and growing every year.
Cons: hiring bad employees, it takes time to find out if they are servicing to swats standards.
