BEAUTIFUL area in a great location. The layout of the place was great. However, some of the paddock fences were in disrepair. Boards were cracked and bent and if a person leaned on them, they some would easily break. Facility seemed well taken care of, otherwise. Water buckets were full, horses seemed healthy and happy. Stalls were nice. The feed isn't something that I would feed my horses-a lower quality feed. But the price isn't really fair-you're mostly paying for the location.
