I can't go through all the trouble we have had It would take to long. I will just say this office is RUDE, UNCOMPASSIONATE and MONEY HUNGRY. They will just tell ya that the last office crew "" wasn't following procedures"" They give ya excuses for everything. And nothing is their fault. They don't call ya when they say they will. Oh and don't pay in advance! We paid off our account early and now the office mgr. says we don't get a pro rated refund. WHAT!!?? Oh but we will gladly get the retainers.....for a fee. To sum it all up, DON'T come to this office with your child!! You can't sit with them, they dont give you an accurate time frame(I know braces can take longer sometimes, but this was rediculous) The two main office people are rude to ya and the kids. I can't stress enough how bad this expeirence was!!!! Don't go to this office if you have a choice.
