I have been a workout junkie for years. Unfortunately, that has made my body very broad and muscular. But now, since I have been doing Bikram Yoga I am starting to get my dancer body back. After just one month people we commenting on my bodies changes. Now that I have been doing it for five, I am a whole new person and two sizes smaller! Not only is the yoga amazing, but you couldn't find a better group of people to be with.
