Told me I needed new tires as the tread was at a dangerous level. They also said I needed new brakes as they were at a dangerous level. I didn't follow their advice. This was 10,000 miles ago. They just wanted to sell me tires that I didn't need. I had to take my car to the dealer as I paid these people to fix my exhaust pipe and they didn't. I asked the dealer about my tires and brakes and they said they were fine. At this place, the manager came out and told me that if I didn't get the tires there, I should know that I needed to have the tires balanced when I got my new ones wherever I got them. I did not ask about this and he just came out and volunteered the information and spoke to me as if I were an idiot. Last I checked, wheel balancing is included with the installation of new tires at any place. This place just wants to make money off of you, especially if they think you don't know anything about cars.
Pros: changed my oil for $15
Cons: tried to get me to pay for goods/services I didn't need
