Savannah's Red Lobster has serious problems. We were greeted by a host who seemed to be lost and confused when it wasn't busy, and our server didn't notice us for about 7 minutes because she was cleaning. Her introduction was rushed and forced, and her uniform was obviously not ironed. My salad came out in a reasonable amount of time, but the appetizer was so late that our entree was up at the same time. I suspect she was too busy cleaning to notice the appetizer was up.
Pros: The crab was fresh and delicious in spite of being cold.
Cons: Everything else.
